Manufacturing
From branch to box: a controlled process
Careful selection, natural drying, sanding and smoothing — with quality control at every stage.
Our workshop
Five steps, one standard
Every batch follows the same steps, with quality control at each stage.
01Selection & cutting
Olive wood from controlled pruning is carefully selected and cut to size.
02Shaping
Rough cuts are refined on the band saw to define each chew's shape.
03Turning
Sticks and bones are turned on the lathe to precise, repeatable dimensions.
04Sanding & smoothing
A meticulous sanding pass gives a smooth, safe finish — with no coatings or additives.
05Polishing & QC
Final polishing and inspection. Quality control runs at every stage, not only at the end.
Inside the workshop
Thirty-three seconds, from branch to chew
