OliveWoodChews is a Tunisia-based manufacturer of olive wood dog chews, selling to businesses (importers, distributors, pet brands) worldwide. For any question about your data, contact us at contact@OliveWoodChews.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily provide to us:

• Quote/contact requests (our “Request a Quote” form): name, company, email, country, phone, destination, business type, desired products and quantities, your message, and an optional file attachment (specifications, logo, artwork).
• Analytics cookies (only after consent via the cookie banner): anonymised Google Analytics data (IP addresses anonymised) to understand site usage. Nothing is loaded before you consent.

We do not collect any payment data, official ID numbers, or any data via this website other than what is listed above.

3. Why we use it

Quote request data is used only to answer your request and, should a business relationship follow, to manage it (quotation, production, shipping, invoicing). Analytics data (with your consent only) is used to improve the website.

4. Legal basis

For EU/UK visitors: processing of your quote request relies on your consent (the form checkbox) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics cookies rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It may be shared with: our email delivery and hosting providers (acting only on our instructions), and Google Analytics (only with consent). We do not transfer your data to any other third party.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, as well as a right to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@OliveWoodChews.com. EU/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.

8. Security

Our quote request form includes anti-spam and anti-tampering protections, and uploaded files are validated and stored outside publicly, directly executable folders. No online transmission is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

We may update this page from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
