1. Who we are

OliveWoodChews is a manufacturer of olive wood dog chews based in Tunisia, selling to businesses (importers, distributors, pet brands) worldwide. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@OliveWoodChews.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us:

• Quote / contact requests (our “Request a quote” form): your name, company name, email, country, phone number, destination, business type, products and quantities of interest, your message, and an optional attached file (specs, logo, artwork).
• Analytics cookies (only if you accept them in the cookie banner): anonymized Google Analytics data (IP addresses are anonymized) to understand how visitors use the site. Nothing is loaded before you accept.

We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, or any data through this site beyond what is listed above.

3. Why we use it

We use quote-request data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a business relationship, to manage that relationship (quoting, production, shipping, invoicing). We use analytics data (only with your consent) to improve the site.

4. Legal basis

For EU/UK visitors: processing your quote request is based on your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics cookies are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It may be shared with: our email delivery and website hosting providers (acting only on our instructions), and Google Analytics (only with consent). We do not transfer your data to any other third party.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing business relationship or legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@OliveWoodChews.com. EU/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

8. Security

Our quote-request form uses anti-spam and anti-tampering safeguards, and uploaded files are validated and stored outside of public, directly executable folders. No online transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

We may update this page from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
